I gave the Body Beast program maximum effort so I’m happy to be sharing my results in this post!
Before I found the Body Beast program I was pretty much spinning my wheels in the gym.
I’d go in there and kind of potter around from one piece of equipment to the next never really getting much done.
After doing this for several years I realized that I was in no better shape than when I started.
If I wanted to build any muscle and improve my physical appearance then I was going to have to put in some real effort.
The man I wanted to be was strong, muscular, confident and attractive to women.
What I needed was a plan.
Something to take away all the guess work and just tell me what to do.
And that ladies and gentleman is the Body Beast program which I also combined with the Crazy Bulk legal steroids. (They’re bodybuilding supplements. Not actual steroids.)
I bought the Body Beast program from the Beach Body website and it actually arrived the next day which was nice.
Oh yeah and I also bought the Black Wolf pre workout which happens to be the best pre workout I have ever tried!
Now I know a lot of you reading this will probably be doing the Body Beast workout from home but for me personally I just don’t have the space so I did the workouts at the gym.
My initial thoughts of the program were that it was just what I needed as it gives you a workout schedule and diet plan to follow so all the guesswork is taken out.
The first 3 weeks of the Body Beast program are called the “Build” phase.
The build phase is all about getting your body used to the kind of workouts that you’ll be doing.
If you are already someone who workouts out then you could potentially skip this phase and move onto the “Bulk” phase which lasts 6 weeks.
And then finally there is the “Beast” phase which is for stripping away fat.
Because I’ve been working out for a while I skipped the first 3 weeks and went straight into the “Bulk” phase.
It starts off with Chest day.
I can honestly say that after doing the Body Beast Bulk Chest workout my chest had the biggest pump of it’s life.
It was great to have something to follow so I knew exactly what I needed to do during my workout instead of making it up as I went along.
The first week goes like this;
- Arms + Abs
Every week that goes by you do one of the workouts twice.
As you can see above in week one you do the Chest workout twice.
By the end of the first week I felt like every part of my body had gotten a good workout.
But I didn’t really feel any soreness because the Black Wolf post workout powder helps you recover very fast.

Anyway I followed the Body Beast program to the letter.
I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted to look and I felt like the Body Beast was going to help me get there.
So I never missed a workout and I gave every workout 150% effort.
Some days I even did some extra.
For example on Chest day when I had finished the Body Beast workout I’d do max rep pushups just to ensure success!

It wasn’t always easy and it took effort and dedication but it was well worth it in the end.
Since improving my physique I have found my confidence has gone up and I feel more social.
I’m making new friends and am getting a lot more love from the ladies. 🙂
